		<description>Be warned that such a setup requires an fstab entry for your / partition.  While / will mount just fine through the boot process , you will be unable to relabel your file system as the &quot;mount&quot; command will report the type of your / file system as &quot;rootfs&quot;.  Commands like fixfiles, and subsequently the &quot;touch /.autorelabel&quot; functionality will silently fail in this case.

An /etc/fstab entry like so:

/dev/hdX   /   ext3   defaults   0   2
